Shipping & Returns.

Every print leaves the studio in Nairobi hand-inspected and archivally packed. Below is exactly how dispatch, delivery and after-sale care work — read it before you order, or whenever something turns up at your door.

01 — Dispatch & DeliveryShipping & Returns

In-stock prints will ship within 2–3 days of payment. Any other prints will be made to order (MTO). Please allow up to seven days for your print orders to be shipped; all prints are shipped unframed.

All orders will include a tracking number from DHL, FedEx, or UPS — however, Brian Otieno is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Because of the delicate nature and process of fine art prints, all sales are final.

Prints are inspected by Brian Otieno, carefully protected, and packed for shipping, and no damage is expected during transit. If your print is damaged in transit, please contact Brian Otieno within seven days of receiving your print.

02 — RefundsRefund & Returns Policy.

At prints.storitellah.com, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality photo prints. However, because of the delicate nature and process of fine art prints, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

If you have received a damaged print, please contact us at info@storitellah.com within seven days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to find a resolution.

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@storitellah.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and determine the best course of action. If an exchange is requested, we will ship out a replacement print at no additional cost to you.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom orders or prints that have been damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

03 — If something arrives damagedDamaged in transit.

Reach out within seven days of delivery and include the following so we can resolve it as quickly as possible:

  • Your order number and the name on the order
  • Photographs of the damaged print and the packaging it arrived in
  • The shipping carrier and tracking number

Email everything to info@storitellah.com. Brian or the studio will respond personally — most cases are resolved within a working week, with a replacement shipped at no additional cost to you.
