In-stock prints will ship within 2-3 days after payment is made. Any other prints will be made to order (MTO), please allow up to 7 days for your print orders to be shipped, all prints are shipped unframed. 

All orders will include a tracking number from DHL, FedEx or UPS, however, Brian Otieno is not responsible for any delays that may result from the shipping carrier.

Because of the delicate nature and process of fine art prints, all sales are final. 

Prints are inspected by Brian Otieno and carefully protected and packed for shipping, and no damage is expected to happen during transit. If your print is damaged in transit please contact Brian Otieno within 7 days of receiving your print.
